There have been signs of Shane struggling with grief over Dad in the past few months.  It is often hard to know how to best discuss issues and help his heart as family.  While speaking to Shane on the way home tonight, I asked, “Are you thinking about Dad a lot?”

His reply:  “Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t, but I know Dad is better in Heaven than we are here on earth.”

Such childlike faith…
